Grade Grade Definition Cosmetic Criteria Functional Criteria

Grade 1 Used – Excellent
(Minimal Wear Acceptable) Screen and housing are like new/excellent condition. Some devices may have a minimal cosmetic flaw. Only Fine scratches and scuffs are allowed. All Key Functions work. No account locks. Apple devices have Battery Health greater than 80%.

Grade 2 Used – Great Condition
(Minor Wear Acceptable) Screen is same as Grade 1 (Excellent Condition). Housing may have minor signs of use. Overall very good condition. All Key Functions work. No account locks. Apple devices have Battery Health greater than 80%.

Grade 3 Used – Good Condition
(Noticeable Wear Acceptable) Visible signs of use and multiple minor scratches are allowed. Can have noticeable flaws that are not heavy. Only few dented areas are allowed on housing. All Key Functions work. No account locks. Apple devices have Battery Health greater than 80%.

Grade 4 Used – Fair Condition
(Moderate Wear Acceptable) Moderate signs of use on screen and housing. Deeper scratches and dents may be present from normal usage but are not considered excessive. All Key Functions work. No account locks. Apple devices have Battery Health greater than 80%.

Grade 5 Used – Excessive Condition
(Heavy Wear Acceptable) Heavy wear, mojor dents, nicks, chips and dings are present. Excessive wear is to be expected. All Key Functions work. No account locks. Apple devices have Battery Health greater than 80%.
